cd88 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cd88 ("cd88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cd88 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These T&C apply to all registered users of cd88, regardless of the device or browser used to access the Platform.

By registering an account on cd88, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these T&C in their current form. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. cd88 reserves the right to update these T&C at any time; continued use of the Platform after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to cd88 is restricted. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions before creating an account or placing any wager on the Platform.

• 1Age requirement: You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Platform. cd88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• 2Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law at the time you access or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. cd88 makes no warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
• 3Single account: Each person may register only one account on cd88. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method may be merged, suspended or permanently closed at cd88's discretion. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• 4Mental capacity: By registering you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your use of the Platform, and that you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the full features of cd88, you must register an account and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. The following rules apply to all registered accounts.

• 1Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate, current and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
• 2Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cd88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify cd88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• 3KYC documents: cd88 may at any time request identity documents to verify your age, identity and payment method. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a screenshot or confirmation of your mobile wallet details. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• 4Account ownership: Your cd88 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account. Any such transfer or shared use will be treated as a material breach of these T&C.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

• 1Accepted payment methods: cd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. cd88 does not currently accept bank wire transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency as payment methods. The available payment methods may change from time to time and the Platform will display current options at the point of transaction.
• 2Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by cd88, though individual mobile wallet providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits which are beyond cd88's control.
• 3Withdrawal processing: cd88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during normal operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required under our KYC obligations. cd88 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• 4No deposit fees: cd88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. The full amount you deposit is credited to your playing balance, and the full amount of an approved withdrawal is sent to your nominated wallet. Third-party mobile wallet providers may apply their own fees or charges which are outside cd88's control.
• 5Withdrawal eligibility: A withdrawal may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account unless otherwise approved by cd88's compliance team. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. cd88 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe the associated account is involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cd88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer.

• 1Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly in the individual offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed. cd88 does not apply hidden wagering requirements retrospectively.
• 2One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer multiple times using multiple accounts, multiple devices or multiple payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• 3Bonus expiry: All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual offer terms. Unclaimed bonuses, unused free spins, and bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• 4Abuse and fraud: cd88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus (including any winnings derived therefrom) if it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated play, use of prohibited software, or any other activity intended to exploit the promotional system. Such determinations are final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• 1Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information; using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; conducting chargebacks; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; or engaging in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing in sports betting markets.
• 2Automated play: Using bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents game mechanics.
• 3Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under applicable law. cd88 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• 4Circumvention attempts: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of accessing cd88 from a restricted jurisdiction, claiming multiple bonuses, or bypassing any security, compliance or responsible gaming control implemented by cd88.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cd88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trademarks, service marks and trade names — is the exclusive property of cd88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of cd88. Any unauthorised use of cd88's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and cd88 reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not cd88 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

cd88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these T&C or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cd88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits cd88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

cd88 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination.

• 1Breach of T&C: Any material breach of these T&C, including but not limited to eligibility violations, providing false information, prohibited activities, or failure to comply with KYC requests.
• 2Suspected fraud or money laundering: Where cd88 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used for fraudulent purposes or financial crime, including suspected use by a third party without the account holder's knowledge.
• 3Voluntary closure: You may close your cd88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no withdrawal hold is in effect.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cd88 may revise, amend or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notice period. The revised T&C will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, cd88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes; cd88 is not obligated to send individual notifications for every minor update.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and cd88 arising from your use of the Platform shall first be referred to cd88's customer support team for resolution. cd88 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through such other channels as may be available under applicable law. cd88 does not warrant that its services are lawful or available in all jurisdictions; users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
